incoherent

Choreography / Dance : Hiroe
Music : Kangarou Suzuki

“Incoherent” visualizes the fragmented and unpredictable world created by SNS and digital information through video and dance.

As the piece unfolds, both music and choreography shift constantly, with anger and sadness amplifying more easily than joy, culminating in the dancer being unable to move while remaining standing—an experiential reflection on the harshness of the information space and the importance of maintaining distance from it.

The piece is entirely self-produced, including filming, direction, and costumes, utilizing mechanical pan and tilt, as well as digital zoom to embed the concept of incoherence directly into the visual expression. It allows viewers to physically experience the impact of chaotic information on mind and body.”
